I come to retire Stardust for the winter, not to praise him!

The disgusting filth men write lives after them.

The good writing gets flushed down to rancid Blogsville.

So let it be with Stardust.

The noble Dingle-berries have told you that Stardust was ambitious,

If it were so, it was a grievous fault, and grievously has Stardust answered for it--

by having few readers ever read his crap, and only a handfull ever write comments.

So Stardust bids you goodbye for the winter my friends.

If he should live through the glorious winter months and bloom once more in the Spring, he may join you again in May, 2013.
